Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of AbtanaGame. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the Service Provides

AbtanaGame provides a catalog of browser-playable games, editorial summaries, category pages, local favorites, public comments, and links or embedded access to games operated by third parties.

Catalog descriptions and general play guidance are provided for discovery. Instructions displayed inside a game are the authoritative source for its controls, rules, device support, and current features.

Permitted Use

You may browse public pages, open available games, save favorites on your device, submit relevant comments, and link to public catalog pages for personal and lawful purposes.

Permission to use the site does not transfer ownership of site content, game content, trademarks, software, or other intellectual property.

Public Comments

Comments are public. Do not include private, sensitive, or confidential information. A displayed name does not mean that the commenter is authenticated, affiliated with the site, or verified.

You retain any rights you hold in your comment. By submitting it, you grant AbtanaGame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, and publicly display that comment only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and present the comment feature.

We may reject, moderate, hide, or remove comments and may restrict submissions when reasonably necessary to address spam, abuse, security, legal concerns, rights complaints, or content unrelated to the game. You may request review or removal using the contact address below.

Favorites, Cookies, and Local Storage

Favorites are stored locally on your device only when Functional storage is enabled. They are not an account, may not synchronize between browsers, and can be lost if browser data is cleared.

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to manage optional storage choices. The Privacy Policy explains essential storage, optional categories, advertising technologies, embedded-game storage, and available controls.

Third-Party Games and External Services

Games available through AbtanaGame are supplied and operated by third parties. Those providers control game availability, code, controls, content, advertisements, purchases, cookies, data practices, and technical requirements.

Opening an embedded game or external link may send technical request information to the third party and subjects your interaction to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not operate or endorse every external service and are not responsible for transactions, accounts, advertising, or content controlled by those providers.

Intellectual Property and Rights Requests

AbtanaGame’s original editorial text, visual design, branding, and site code may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game names, images, software, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and Service Changes

Changes and Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
